How to Buy

Request a quote from us.  If you haven't done so already, click here.

2.
Place your order with us.  After being suitably impressed with our prices, put an order together and send it off to us.  Remember to

indicate whether or not you would like to have the order shipped to you (per our quote).  Our preferred method of communication is email with telephone or fax being a slower second.  

3.

We will process your order.  Confirmation of stock availability and a pro-forma invoice will be emailed to you along with our banking details and accepted forms of payment.

4.

Pay for the order.  Use one of the accepted forms of payment and send us confirmation thereof.  Once your payment has reflected in our account we will notify you and move on to the final step.

5.

Receive your order.  We will make every effort to have the order available in the shortest possible time for collection or shipping.

Collection - orders are normally available for collection as soon as payment has been received.

Shipping - we will despatch your order via the method you selected as soon as payment has been received.
